Exhibitions
In the Montevergine Library two timeless exhibitions have been mounted. The first one, Dal papiro al libro a stampa is about the evolution of the writing with a particular regard to the Virginian cultural production. It is mainly addressed to pupils for its simple structure.
The second one, Dono omaggio monsignor Luigi Barbarito, collects the original documents given to the library by the archbishop of Fiorentino, Luigi Barbarito from Atripalda (Avellino). They show his eminent ecclesiastical career mainly when he was representative of the Holy See in Great Britain where the Queen Elizabeth II offered him special honours.
